Advanced New Builds qualified tradesmen from bricklayers, carpenters, roofers, plasterers, ground workers and decorators are now on hand to carry out any repairs you require around the home.
It doesn’t matter how small your repair is, you are still important to us.
From fixing a door, replacing some bricks on a garden wall, repairing a crack in a tile, plastering small areas, installing a cat flap, changing a roof tile, hanging a curtain rail or any other repair you require around the home or garden.
Our tradesmen will carry out the work with minimal disruption at a time convenient to you.
All our work carries a 12 month workmanship guarantee so you can be sure that any repair is a lasting repair.
We have a clear, honest and transparent pricing structure by the hour so you’ll never be shocked with a large bill.

Charges Explained: We charge 1 hour minimum for all jobs, after 1 hour – work is charged by 15 minutes units. Rates excludes materials and are subject to vat.
Travel & Call-Out: We do not charge the customer, travel parking or call out fees.
Estimates & Time: Estimates on the time the job will take to complete, can be given by the tradesman before any work commences.
Materials Supplied: Any material supplied by Advanced New Builds is done so at trade prices plus a 25% mark-up and is subject to vat.
Material collection: If materials are required for collection our standard fee is £40 – any charge for collection will be agreed with the customer beforehand.
Invoice & Receipt: The tradesmen will supply you with an invoice, stating the description, materials used and the time from start to finish.
Payment Methods: Payments must be made in full on completion by either debit card or cash paid directly to the tradesmen.
