Foundations Disclaimer
All quotations are based on foundations being 1m depth (one metre depth). With standard drainage for a rain water soak-away. Any need for foundations more then 1m depth may include an additional charge to cover the additional disposal of soil, concrete and labour time. A good indicator for the need of foundations more then 1m depth are trees close to the digging area. Close being within 5m of the building.

Cancellation fees

A cancellation fee will be applied to any bespoke Architectural services carried out. These include drawings, design, building regulation plans, planning applications or structural calculations. If a cancellation is made after any of these services have been carried out / provided, then naturally a cancellation fee will apply.
